As the Lead User Experience and Visual Design Director with 20+ years experience, I handle a variety of responsibilities, which include: providing a strong, creative and motivational visual lead; creating solid design concepts for wide ranges of projects with tight deadlines; user-testing various projects and making improvements; creating user flows and wireframes and prototypes; working in agile or waterfall development processes; generating user-friendly yet visually pleasing iconography, layouts, mockups, elements, animation and typography; maintaining brand consistency; creating style guides; collaborating closely with programmers on user-centered design experiences; researching for best practices and responsive design. These projects range from desktop to mobile/apps, digital to print.
